One Year Completion Time Frame - Student enrollments beginning 6/2007
The #1 concern at CAI besides providing a top notch education allowing students to enter directly
into the work force following graduation is meeting our students needs, both personal and financial. Our student's concerns
are very important to us and we always address them accordingly.
Because we do realize the time constraints placed on students trying to complete an at home study program with "real life"
always getting in the way, we have chosen to extend our initial six month completion to a full one year. On top of
that, we also realize the financial burden of paying a full fee for an extension if needed, so we have decided
to institute a month to month extension if needed upon reaching your one year completion date. This will require
a $50.00 fee per month for however many months you need to reach completion beyond the initial one year included
in your tuition.
Students enrolled prior to June 2007
Your course time completion will remain six months. Please continue to follow your extension
policy located in your course materials. However, should you need more study time beyond the six month extension,
we will be allowing you to also choose the month to month extension at a fee of $50.00 per month for however many
more months you need beyond the expiration of your original extension.
Important: Extensions will be continuous. In other words, you cannot pay for two months, stop for two months, and then pick up again.
If you should decide to discontinue your studies during any point of the extension, simply contact us and your extension
will be discontinued, and you will no longer be charged the $50.00 monthly fee. Once a monthly fee has been charged,
there will be no refunds, so be sure to contact us prior to your monthly fee charge if you should so decide to
discontinue your studies.
Should you wish to resume your studies at a later date, the tuition fee portion of the course will be required. You will
not be required to purchase another course. However, if there are an updates to the course when you contact us,
you would be required to pay the appropriate fees for the updated materials i.e. books, CDs, etc.
So, you can't lose. Whether you need six months, one year, or two years, our assistance is available to help
you reach your goal of becoming a productive transcriptionist.
