The cost of the final exam is $89.00 + $8.00 SH. There is a 7% sales tax charged on NJ residents. You may also order your exam by mailing or faxing your exam order form included in your training binder or printing the fax/mail form below, or by calling us toll free at 1-888-224-6590. You will receive an exam disclosure/agreement form along with your exam outlining the present guidelines regarding the testing process.
