We are so sure you will be totally satisfied with our course, we offer a 7-day trial period for you to look the course over. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return the full course within 7 days of receiving it, and we will issue a full refund (minus shipping/handling). There will be no questions asked and you will receive a prompt refund. Please see tuition refund policy after 7-day trial period below.
NOTE: Should you decide to return the course, it must be received in the same new condition as when it was shipped. No refunds will be issued should any portion of the course be missing, used, or damaged. Should the text book be written in or soiled, or the text software removed from the sealed package (law prohibits resale of unsealed software as new), a charge of $75.00 will be deducted and the text and software will be returned to you. We are charged a 5% credit/debit card bank processing fee at the time of your enrollment and a 5% processing fee for the credit, therefore a 10% origination fee is deducted on all returned credit/debit card purchases. There is a $15.00 fee charged on any returned checks due to lack of funds. Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed. *We highly recommend that you insure your package upon return as CAI cannot be responsible for any return shipping damage to your package.
TUITION REFUND POLICY AS OF 6/2007
Tuition is derived after the following is deducted: Material/equipment cost, shipping/handling fee, application fee, processing fees, & administration fees.
The base tuition fee as of 6/1/2007 is $800.00.
Refund policy 6/2007 as follows: Student retains all materials/equipment
Within 15 days of enrollment - 15% refund of base tuition fee
Within 30 days of enrollment - 10% refund of base tuition fee
After 30 days - CAI retains full base tuition fee
*All base tuition refunds are subject to 10% origination fee if tuition was paid by credit/debit card.
* NJ students - NJ refund policy available upon beginning of enrollment online or upon attempt to download application form. The accept button must be selected in order to continue the enrollment process or obtain the application form. You will also receive a copy of this along with school policy in your course package.

TRANSCRIBER EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
Transcribers are backed with a 90-day warranty through the school. If you have a problem within that time frame, please contact us and we will be happy to make an exchange for you if the problem cannot be resolved.

CAI Transcription, Inc. is a state-licensed school offering medical transcription training through a distance learning program. The program that we offer is a licensed instruction program and cannot be sold or resold in whole or in part under any circumstance without the express written permission from CAI Transcription, Inc. Furthermore, as you are enrolled in a school, your course/enrollment cannot be transferred or sold to another person at any time without permission from the school. Failure to abide by same will result in prosecution by law whereby the seller of the course will be responsible for any and all tuition/application fees/adminstration fees for said buyer along with any legal fees in connection with recovery of same. It is advised that if you come across a seller of this program to contact the school prior to purchase as CAI will not offer enrollment to said buyer and buyer will not be entitled to any school benefits such as, assistance, training, support, testing, or job placement assistance. Furthermore, purchaser of said materials cannot use the CAI school name in affiliation with obtaining employment at any time. Said use of the school name without a diploma is fraud and will result in criminal charges. We take our training program very seriously and try to protect the rights of all graduates who have earned and received a diploma from our school. Without formal enrollment, instruction, up-to-date course materials, and testing to allow us to evaluate your progress, unenrolled students can damage our impeccable reputation of producing work ready, top notch MTs should a person purchase this program from anyone other than the school and present themself as a course taker.
