We are so sure you will be totally satisfied with our course, we offer a 7-day trial period for you to look the course over. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return the full course within 7 days of receiving it, and we will issue a refund (see refund guidelines below). There will be no questions asked and you will receive a refund within 30 days. Please see tuition refund policy after 7-day trial period below.
NOTE: Should you decide to return the course, it must be received in the same new condition as when it was shipped. No refunds will be issued should any portion of the course be missing, used, or damaged. Should the text book be written in or soiled, or the text software removed from the sealed package (law prohibits resale of unsealed software as new), a charge of $100.00 will be deducted and the text and software will be returned to you. If headset has been opened, please do not return and a $35.00 fee will be deducted from your refund. Health regulations prohibit resale of used headsets. If you received any discount incentive items, they must also be returned in their original unopened packaging along with your course materials. If packaging has been opened, the cost of the item will be deducted from your refund. We are charged a fee for credit/debit card processing, therefore a 10% origination fee will be deducted on all returned credit/debit card purchases along with a 10% restocking fee on all returns. There is a $35.00 fee charged on any returned checks due to lack of funds. Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed. *We highly recommend that you insure your package upon return as CAI cannot be responsible for any return shipping damage to your package.
Tuition is derived after the following is deducted: Material/equipment cost, shipping/handling fee, application fee, processing fees, & administration fees.
The base tuition fee is $800.00.
Refund policy as follows: Student retains all materials/equipment.
Within 15 days of enrollment - 15% refund of base tuition fee.
Within 30 days of enrollment - 10% refund of base tuition fee.
After 30 days - CAI retains full base tuition fee.P>
*All base tuition refunds are subject to 10% origination fee if tuition was paid by credit/debit card. * NJ students - NJ refund policy available upon beginning of enrollment online or upon attempt to download application form. The accept button must be selected in order to continue the enrollment process or obtain the application form. You will also receive a copy of this along with school policy in your course package. TRANSCRIBER EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
Transcribers are backed with a 90-day warranty through the school. If you have a problem within that time frame, please contact us and we will be happy to make an exchange for you if the problem cannot be resolved.
