CAI Transcription, Inc. is a state-licensed school offering medical transcription training through a distance learning program. The program that we offer is a licensed instruction program and cannot be sold or resold in whole or in part under any circumstance without the express written permission from CAI Transcription, Inc. Furthermore, as you are enrolled in a school, your course/enrollment cannot be transferred or sold to another person at any time without permission from the school. Failure to abide by same will result in prosecution by law whereby the seller of the course will be responsible for any and all tuition/application fees/adminstration fees for said buyer along with any legal fees in connection with recovery of same. Furthermore, purchaser of said materials cannot use the CAI school name in affiliation with obtaining employment at any time. Said use of the school name without a diploma is fraud and will result in criminal charges. We take our training program very seriously and try to protect the rights of all graduates who have earned and received a diploma from our school. Without formal enrollment, instruction, up-to-date course materials, and testing to allow us to evaluate your progress, unenrolled students can damage our impeccable reputation of producing work ready, top notch MTs should a person purchase this program from anyone other than the school and present themself as a course taker.
