If opting for a payment plan, you must provide us with a valid credit or debit card regardless if you are making your down payment via check or money order. All subsequent payments are automatically charged to this credit or debit card electronically. This credit card must be valid in order for us to process the subsequent payments on your account.

Enrollment is processed as quickly as possible and the course usually ships within 24 hours of enrollment. On rare occasion, we may experience a delay in receiving materials that come from our distributor, which may in turn delay your shipment. We ask that you allow 7 to 10 business days for receipt from the date of your enrollment. If you have not received it within 10 business days from the date of your enrollment, please contact us immediately so we can track your shipment

All shipments are via UPS Ground - This can take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days from the actual shipment date depending on where you are located. Whether you pay in full or opt for a Pay Plan A, the complete course plus equipment is shipped to you if you select the -including equipment option-. If opting for Pay Plan B or flex pay with equipment, the equipment is not shipped until your 2nd payment is processed. There is a $25.00 shipping/handling charge at the time of enrollment. There is NO separate ship charge for equipment shipped on Pay Plan A or Flex Pay Plans 30 days later.

Special shipping requests: We ask that you use the special instruction box on your online or mail order form, so that we can expedite those requests.

Transcription equipment shipment: If you opt for the course with equipment, this will be included in your course package, except if you opt for Payment Plan B or any of the flex payment plans. In these instances, your equipment will be shipped directly to you once we process your 2nd monthly payment 30 days later. This will not hinder your study time as you can begin your textbook work in the meantime and listen to the terminology terms on CD using Windows Media Player, which normally is already installed on Windows based computers. If you do not have access to Media Player, then we recommend the Payment Plan A, so you will receive your equipment in your course package.
