At CAI, we are constantly striving to make our medical transcription program available to all without having to put the extra financial burden on families that are interested in two family members enrolling. Because of that, we have come up with our family sharing program. How this works is one course package is purchased. The second family member living in the same household only pays the tuition fee (800.00) plus a $35.00 application fee. Both family members are enrolled as individual students and the course materials are shared, except two textbooks are issued for each student. Proof of residency is required in order to be eligible for this program.

We also allow for a family member to transfer his/her medical transcription course materials to another family member living in the same household upon completion of the program. The new student will then be required to pay only the appropriate tuition fee/application fee being charged at the time of transfer. This is only applicable if there have been no course updates since the time of the first family member's enrollment and transferral must be completed within 30 days from that family member's completion date. Proof of residency is required in order to be eligible for this program.

• If transferring, CAI will not be responsible for replacing any missing or damaged course components. If any components are damaged at the time of transfer or during the training process, the subsequent student can purchase replacements from the school.
• If transferring, CAI must be contacted so formal enrollment can be processed within 30 days of your completion date.
• Both family members must live in the same household and proof of such will be required.
• If you opt for the sharing program, and an extension is required, both students will be charged the extension fee at the time extension is given. If you choose the transfer option, both students will be treated totally independently and extension fees charged accordingly.
• Family sharing/transfer will only be allowed one time.
• No other discounts can be applied to this offer.
